Mondays

They're one of my favorite days, I call them me days, and for the last few weeks I've been calling them. ‘Manda, Mondays’, and singing along to “just another Manda Monday. Oh, whoa, whoa, I'm glad it's not Sunday. Oh, because every day is my fun day!" and really just embracing the start of the week with some time for myself.
I decided to Mondays with a word of the week to share them with the women, the matriarchal, strong, leading the house, so much on their shoulders, and yet also beautiful and soft, and broken, and we're in here doing hard things together, supporting each other. The women in my life. I decided to start the day by praying for you.
And so I did the prayer, Upo No, no, (I don't know if I was saying it right, I'll go look it up.*)
Essentially, it’s - I pray for myself, I pray for us.
And in the prayer this morning, after I felt called to pull my word, and I resisted going to this word in the book. And then when I got there, I was like, oh gosh, here I am starting off a Monday morning prayer for myself and other matriarchal women, and the word that we're moving away from is repressed. I wanted something nice and light and fun, and that did not feel like that and so I actually thought about not sharing it with you.
Of course, those down energy words point to something a little more uplifting and the other side is peace, and acknowledged.
Oh, acknowledged!
I see you. I see all the things that you're doing, all the balls that are in the air,
all the things that you're worrying about.
You are amazing.
And I want to know. I want to let you know that I'm here,
praying for you,
thinking about you,
acknowledging you.
And I'm going to be here every Monday. So if Monday's are a day that you need a little connection time, like so many of us do. I would love to connect with you on Mondays, I have put in my planner - 'Me Monday (at 10:33). For the next three months,
And we'll see where that takes us.
With much love.
Have a beautiful day!
